Product Description

Pola Night - Home bleaching kit for Teeth-whitening

The high viscosity, neutral ph tooth whitening gels ensure the greatest patient comfort in a take home kit.
The unique blend of soothers, conditioners and high water content assist in reducing sensitivity.

Natural soother and conditioner

The incorporation of special additives minimises plaque formation and enhances remineralisation to further reduce sensitivity.
Antibacterial properties help in tooth recovery.

High water content

The high water content of the gel reduces dehydration of the enamel and decreases patient sensitivity.

High molecular weight thickener

This reduces the tacky feeling and drying effect of the gel in turn reducing sensitivity further.

High viscosity

The high viscosity gel ensures it can be easily and securely placed into the tray and remains in the tray for the entire procedure.

Taste

The pleasantly flavoured spearmint gel is both fresh and long lasting.

Fluoride releasing

The addition of fluoride remineralises the tooth surface assisting in reducing post-operative sensitivity.

Contains desensitizing agent

The Pola Night gels contain a desensitising agent which acts on the nerve endings, and desensitises them at the pulp-dentin border, in turn minimising sensitivity and maximising patient comfort.

Neutral pH

Pola Night’s neutral pH ensures the full release of the peroxide without jeopardising patient comfort.

Treatment guidelines

polanight 16% CP : 90 min to overnight [5.3% HP]
polanight 22% CP : 1 X 45 min/day [7.3%HP]

Note: Patients with sensitivity will require a day or two break between treatments. Shortening treatment time is also suggested.

Indications:

1. Whitening of discoloured vital teeth.

2. Whitening of discoloured non-vital teeth.

Precautions:

1. To be used under the supervision of a dentist.

2. Keep out of reach of children and pets.

3. Not to be used by pregnant or lactating women.

4. Patients with a history of chemical allergies are advised to carry out allergy testing by a specialist before using these products.

5. Discontinue use if any unusual sensitivity or reactions occur and consult your dentist.

6. Do not inject Pola Day or Pola Night into the body.

Tips:

1. Do not eat, drink or smoke during treatment.

2. Do not smoke immediately after treatment - wait for at least two hours.

3. Foods and drinks containing strong colours should be avoided for at least 48 hours after the treatment period or consumed in moderation.

4. Use gel at room temperature.

Instructions:

1. Place a small drop of gel into every compartment of the tray for the teeth undergoing treatment.

2. Seat the tray, with the gel around the teeth.

3. Wipe away excess gel in mouth with a tissue or dry soft brush.

4. After treatment, remove tray. Rinse tray and mouth with lukewarm water.

5. Brush teeth.

Storage:

1. Store in a cool and out of direct sunlight at temperatures between (2°-25°C / 35°-77°F).

2. Do not use after expiration date.
