Why does the delivery date not correspond to the delivery timeline of X Y business days?
It is possible that the Seller or the courier partners have a holiday between the day you place your order and the date of delivery, which is based on the timelines shown on the product page. In this case, we add a day to the estimated date. Some courier partners and Sellers do not work on Sundays and this is factored into the delivery dates.
What is the estimated delivery time?
Sellers generally procure and ship the items within the time specified on the product page. Business days exclude public holidays and Sundays.
Estimated delivery time depends on the following factors:
  • The Seller offering the product
  • Product's availability with the Seller
  • The destination to which you want the order shipped to and location of the Seller
Are there any hidden costs (sales tax, octroi etc) on items sold by Sellers on Dentganga?
There are NO hidden charges when you make a purchase on Dentganga. List prices are final and all-inclusive. The price you see on the product page is exactly what you would pay.
Why does the estimated delivery time vary for each seller?
You have probably noticed varying estimated delivery times for sellers of the product you are interested in. Delivery times are influenced by product availability, geographic location of the Seller, your shipping destination and the courier partner's time-to-deliver in your location.
Please enter your default pin code on the product page (you don't have to enter it every single time) to know more accurate delivery times on the product page itself.
Seller does not/cannot ship to my area. Why?
Please enter your pincode on the product page (you don't have to enter it every single time) to know whether the product can be delivered to your location.
If you haven't provided your pincode until the checkout stage, the pincode in your shipping address will be used to check for serviceability.
Whether your location can be serviced or not depends on
  • Whether the Seller ships to your location
  • Legal restrictions, if any, in shipping particular products to your location
  • The availability of reliable courier partners in your location
At times Sellers prefer not to ship to certain locations. This is entirely at their discretion.
Why is the CoD option not offered in my location?
Availability of CoD depends on the ability of our courier partner servicing your location to accept cash as payment at the time of delivery.
Our courier partners have limits on the cash amount payable on delivery depending on the destination and your order value might have exceeded this limit. Please enter your pin code on the product page to check if CoD is available in your location.
I need to return an item, how do I arrange for a pick-up?
Returns are easy. Contact Us to initiate a return. You will receive a call explaining the process once you have initiated a return.
Wherever possible Dentganga will facilitate the pick-up of the item. In case, the pick-up cannot be arranged through Dentganga’s Logistic partner, you can return the item through a third-party courier service. Return fees are borne by the Buyer.
What do the different tags like "In Stock", "Available" mean?
'In Stock'
For items listed as "In Stock", Sellers will mention the delivery time based on your location pincode (usually 2-3 business days, 4-5 business days or 4-6 business days in areas where standard courier service is available). For other areas, orders will be sent by Registered Post through the Indian Postal Service which may take 1-2 weeks depending on the location.
‘Available'
The Seller might not have the item in stock but can procure it when an order is placed for the item. The delivery time will depend on the estimated procurement time and the estimated shipping time to your location.
'Preorder' or 'Forthcoming'
Such items are expected to be released soon and can be pre-booked for you. The item will be shipped to you on the day of it's official release launch and will reach you in 2 to 6 business days. The Preorder duration varies from item to item. Once known, release time and date is mentioned. 
'Out of Stock'
Currently, the item is not available for sale. Use the 'Notify Me' feature to know once it is available for purchase.
The item is popular and is sold out. You can however 'book' an order for the product and it will be shipped according to the timelines mentioned by the Seller.
'Temporarily Unavailable'
The product is currently out of stock and is not available for purchase. The product could be in stock soon. Use the 'Notify Me' feature to know when it is available for purchase.
'Permanently Discontinued'
This product is no longer available because it is obsolete and/or its production has been discontinued.
'Out of Print'
This product is not available because it is no longer being published and has been permanently discontinued.
Does Dentganga deliver internationally?

1. Introduction
1.1 Contract between Dentganga.com and You
You agree to enter into a legally binding contract with Dentganga.com (even if you are using our Services on behalf of a company). If you do not agree to this contract (“Contract” or “User Agreement”), do not join our Market Place. If you wish to terminate this contract, at any time you can do so by closing your account and no longer accessing or using our Services.
Service agreement 
This Contract applies to Dentganga.com Market Place, Dentganga apps and Dentganga services that state that they are offered under this Contract (“Services”).

You are entering into this Contract with Dentganga.com (also referred to as “we” and “us”).
If you reside in “India” and Other Countries, you are entering into this Contract with Dentganga.com and Dentganga.com will be the controller of your personal data provided to, or collected by or for, or processed in connection with our Services.
As a Visitor or Member of our Services, the collection, use and sharing of your personal data is subject to our privacy policy and updates.
1.2 Members
When you register and join the Dentganga.com platform, you become a Member. If you have chosen not to register for our Services, you may access certain features as a “Visitor.”

We may modify this Contract, our Privacy Policy, and our Cookies Policy from time to time. If we make material changes to it, we will provide you notice through our Services, or by other means, to provide you the opportunity to review the changes before they become effective. 2. Obligation
2.1 Service Eligibility
The Services are not for use by anyone under the age of 14
You will only have one Dentganga.com account, which must be in your real name; and you are not restricted by Dentganga.com from using the Services. Creating an account with false information is a violation of our terms, including accounts registered on behalf of others or persons under the age of 21.
2.2 Your Account Information
Use strong password and keep it secret to you and will follow the Dentganga.com community guidelines. You are responsible for anything that happens through your account unless you close it or report misuse.
Your account belongs to you. However, if the Services were purchased by another party for you to use the party paying for such Service has the right to control access to and get reports. 
2.3 Payments 
If you become our premium member (Upcoming) you agree to pay us the applicable fees and taxes and to additional terms specific to the paid Services. Failure to pay these fees will result in the termination of your paid Services. Your purchase may be subject to foreign exchange fees or differences in prices based on location. We may store your billing and payment information even after it has expired, to avoid interruptions in services.
If you purchase a subscription, your payment method automatically will be charged at the start of each subscription period for the fees and taxes applicable to that period. 
All of your purchases of Services are subject to Dentganga.com’s refund policy.
We may calculate taxes payable by you based on the billing information that you provide us at the time of purchase.

2.4 Notice
Dentganga.com may provide notices by various means which includes on platform notifications, mails, and SMS.

For all products, the returns/replacement policy provided on the product page shall prevail over the general returns policy. 
We have 7 Days, 10 Days, 30 Days, 7 Days, 10 Days, 30 Days Replacement Policy, for different type of products.

If the item is non-returnable it is due to Consumable/Digital nature of the product. On these items we will not provide any kind of return, as we need to maintain their hygienic tag. 
However, in the unlikely event of damaged, defective, or different item delivered to you, you need to contact the Seller through our platform and post Seller’s approval, we will provide a full refund or free replacement as applicable. We may contact you to ascertain the damage or defect in the product prior to issuing refund/replacement.
4 Rights and Limitations
4.1 Availability of our services
We may change, suspend or discontinue any of our Services. We may also modify our prices effective prospectively upon reasonable notice to the extent allowed under the law.
We don’t promise to store or keep showing any information and content that you’ve posted. You agree that we have no obligation to store, maintain or provide you a copy of any content or information that you or others provide, except to the extent required by applicable law and as noted in our Privacy Policy.
4.2 Limitations of Services
Dentganga.com reserves the right to limit your use of the Services. Dentganga.com reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate your account if you breach this Contract or the law or are misusing the Services.
4.3 Intellectual Property Rights
Dentganga.com reserves all its intellectual property rights in the Services. Trademarks and logos used in connection with the Services are the trademarks of their respective owners. 
5. Disclaimer
5.1 No Assurance
Dentganga.com makes no representation or warranty about the services, including any representation that the services will be uninterrupted or error-free, and provide the services (including content and information) on an “as is” and “as available” basis. 
5.2 Exclusion of liability
Dentganga.com will not be liable in connection for lost profits or lost business opportunities, reputation or loss of data or any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages.
6. Termination
Both you and Dentganga.com may terminate this Contract at any time by deleting your account. Dentganga.com will immediately delete all your data shared on the platform except those shared by other members and are available in public forums. 
Any amounts owed by either party prior to termination remain owed after termination.
7. Governing Law and Disputes
This section shall not deprive you of any mandatory consumer protections under the law of the country to which we direct Services to you, where you have your habitual residence. You and Dentganga.com agree that the law of Indian Panel court (IPC) shall exclusively govern any dispute relating to this Contract and/or the Services. You and Dentganga.com agree that claims and disputes can be litigated only in New Delhi, India and we each agree to personal jurisdiction of the courts located in New Delhi, India. 
You agree that the only way to provide us legal notice is at the addresses provided in Section 10
8. Dentganga.com Platform Guidelines
  • Provide accurate information to us and keep it updated.
  • Use your real name on your profile; and
  • Use the Services in a professional manner.
  • You will not:
    • Create a false identity on Dentganga.com.
    • Will not create profile other than yourself.
    • You will not use bot systems and other means to create spam on the platform.
    • Will not breach and will not restrict any functionalities available on our platform by any means. 
    • Copy, use, disclose or distribute any information obtained from the Services, whether directly or through third parties with Dentganga.com consent. 
    • Share information which are not limited to you.
    • Violate the intellectual property rights of others, including copyrights, patents, trademarks, trade secrets or other proprietary rights. 
    • Using the word “Dentganga.com” or our logos in any business name, email, or URL except as provided in the Brand Guidelines.
    • Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, decipher or otherwise attempt to derive the source code for the Services or any related technology that is not open source.
    • Stating that you are an affiliate of Dentganga.com without our express consent.
    • Violating any Professional Community Policies as per the IPC. 
9. Complaints regarding content
We adhere to the intellectual property rights of others. We require that information posted by Members be accurate and not in violation of the intellectual property rights or other rights of third parties. We provide a policy and process for complaints concerning content posted by our Members.

Your all types of transaction on Dentalganga.com is secure with the highest levels of transaction security currently available on the Internet. This item is eligible for free returnable, within 7,10, and 30 days of delivery, in an unlikely event of damage, defective, or different/wrong item delivered to you. In such a case, you need to contact the seller through our platform and post seller's approval, we will process the return request. 

Approval of refund is the discretion of the seller and Dentganga does not have any involvement in such matters.

Please keep the items in its original condition, with brand outer box, user manual, warranty cards, and original accessories in manufacturer packaging for a successful return pick-up.

We may contact you to ascertain the damage or defect in the product prior to refunding money. 

7, 10 & 30 DaysReplacement Policy:

This item is eligible for free replacement, within 7 days of delivery, in an unlikely event of damaged, defective, or different item delivered to you. In such case, you need to contact the Seller through our platform and post Seller’s approval, we will process the replacement request

What are the return guidelines?
Subject to the approval of the Seller in case of Refund, Replacement, following are the return guidelines:
Your address and the item that you wish to return must be eligible for return.
If the return is not eligible for Pickup, a Self-Return option will be given.
Once the return is received, you will, in accordance with Dentganga.com Refund Policy, be issued a refund to your original payment method.
For Pay on Delivery orders, refunds will be processed to your bank account (via National Electronic Funds Transfer (NEFT)).
Note: The Seller will refuse to accept the return if any accessories.
For any products for which a refund is to be given, the refund will be processed once the returned product has been received by the seller.
General Rules for a successful Return
  1. During open box deliveries, while accepting your order, if you received a different or a damaged product, you will be given a refund. Once you have accepted an open box delivery, no return request will be processed, except for manufacturing defects. In such cases, this category-specific replacement/return general conditions will be applicable.
  2. For products where installation is provided by Dentganga's service partners, do not open the product packaging by yourself. Dentganga authorized personnel shall help in unboxing and installation of the product. 
    1. Wrong Delivery - (Customer received delivery message, product not delivered):
    2. 'In case the product was not delivered, and you received a delivery confirmation email/SMS, report the issue within  from the date of delivery confirmation for the seller to investigate.
  3. Withstanding anything written above, Seller will approve the refund or replacement case subject to a condition that the Seller receives all the items sent by the Customer requesting for a refund, Replacement.

Oops! I entered the wrong shipping address in my order... Now what?
We are sorry that this happened, and we have definitely been there. We understand that mistakes happen, and we want to do whatever we can to get your Order to you ASAP! If you have made an error in entering your address, and the order gets RTO(Return to Origin), we will cancel the order and refund you the complete amount. You will have to place a fresh order again for the same product with the correct details.

Once the order is shipped it is not possible for us to change the details on that order, the change in the address can only be done if the order has not been dispatched, If you realize there is a problem with your address, please contact us as soon as possible, and we would be happy to fix it!
