• Use a moistened finger or instrument to smooth out any irregularities or air pockets in the border modding compound.
• Perform various types of movements to record intraoral soft tissue landmarks.
• Once the border melding is completed, allow the compound to cool and harden for a few minutes before removing the impression tray from the mouth.
